When Michael is not teaching real estate agents and brokers how to take over the commercial real estate market, which is one of his true passions, he can be found spending time with his family or enjoying underwater diving and volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific.

Tracee is responsible for driving company growth while working with the team to ensure that systems and infrastructure exist to support rapid expansion. Prior to joining The NCREA, Tracee acted as a consultant to the company for over a year, aiding in formulating strategic systems that would lay the ground work for acceleration and expansion of the Founder’s vision.
Tracee has been in Real Estate Sales & Marketing for 20+ years, specializing in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Her experience encompasses work with some of the strongest brands in the real estate industry, from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Christie’s Great Estates, and Keller Williams Commercial to the newer tech based startups like JoinReal. In addition to working with other brands, Tracee’s Commercial Real Estate team, Suncoast Commercial Investments, won The Best of St Pete Beach award for Commercial Real Estate in 2016 through its use of cutting edge marketing initiatives.
With a background in Public Relations and training from Florida International University – Tracee has used proven media and PR practices to help top Real Estate Executives reposition their companies for accelerated growth, enter new markets and increase annual revenue consistently at rates of 53%-300%.
As an author, inspirational speaker, and supporter of local organizations that free youth from human trafficking, Tracee’s passion is to see young people receive the tools, support and encouragement they need to live free and meaningful lives that maximize their potential and leave their mark for the next generation.
With over 20 years experience, Erik Kaiser knows the ins and outs of real estate. From sales, appraisal, brokerage management and training, he has done it all since getting his real estate license and purchasing his first home at the young age of 19. Kaiser has been instrumental in helping brokerages and real estate agents alike succeed.
